Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: July 28, 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Arch Tools API platform operated by MCMetaverse LLC. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Arch Tools to:

  • Engage in any illegal activity or promote violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks
  • Scrape or collect personal data without proper consent or legal basis
  • Generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive communications
  • Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or billing mechanisms
  • Resell API access without a valid business agreement
  • Use AI tools to generate content that impersonates real individuals
  • Conduct DDoS attacks or abuse tools for network reconnaissance

3. Rate Limits & Fair Use

All traffic is subject to rate limits — currently a platform-wide limit of 300 requests per minute per IP, with stricter limits on authentication and registration endpoints. Exceeding a limit returns HTTP 429 with standard rate-limit headers. Limits may change with reasonable notice. Sustained abuse of rate limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

4. Content Standards

Content generated through or processed by Arch Tools must comply with applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the content you submit to and generate from our APIs.

4a. AI Oracle Endpoint

The AI Oracle endpoint provides premium AI reasoning with structured analysis and confidence levels. You may not:

  • Present Oracle outputs as certified professional advice (legal, medical, financial) without independent verification
  • Use Oracle to generate misleading or deceptive analysis intended to manipulate others
  • Automate Oracle calls in a manner designed to extract or replicate the underlying model's training data

4b. Session API

The Session API (session-create, session-message) maintains conversation context in-memory. You may not:

  • Use Session API to build or store persistent harmful, illegal, or abusive content
  • Relay session outputs that violate any other section of this AUP
  • Attempt to use sessions to circumvent rate limits or credit restrictions

4c. Research & Fact-Checking Tools

The research-report and fact-check tools are designed for legitimate information analysis. You may not:

  • Use these tools to generate or amplify misinformation, disinformation, or propaganda
  • Present AI-generated research reports as peer-reviewed or independently verified research
  • Use fact-check to produce misleading "verified" labels on false claims

4d. Image & Video Generation

The image-generate, design-create, generate-image, and video-generate tools are for lawful, consensual creative use. The following are strictly prohibited and are actively blocked; attempts are logged and may be reported to authorities:

  • Any sexual or exploitative content depicting minors (CSAM) — this is reported to the appropriate authorities
  • Deepfakes, face-swaps, or any non-consensual likeness of a real, identifiable person
  • Sexual, explicit, or defamatory imagery of real, specific, or public individuals without consent
  • Content intended to impersonate, defraud, or harass a real person
  • Any content that is otherwise illegal or violates the upstream provider's usage policies

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for AUP violations without prior notice. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent bans and forfeiture of remaining credits. Generative prompts are screened automatically for the prohibited categories in Section 4d and refused at request time.

6. Reporting Violations

Report AUP violations to [email protected]. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
